Q: Can we make up missed classes?

A: Elite does not offer make-up classes.

Q: Do I have to pay for missed classes?

A: Yes. We do not pro-rate missed classes.

Q: She forgot her shoes. Can she still participate?

A: Unfortunately not. Due to health and safety concerns, shoes MUST be worn.

Q: Can my child “move up” to another team?

A: Based on age and skill level, a child may be eligible to move to another team if the staff feels that it is in the best interest of the child and the team. Our teams are designed to be competitive in their respective divisions and winning is an incredible experience no matter which team you’re on!

Q: Which program do I write my checks to?

A: Tuition fees for any class/team should be made payable to Elite. All other payments should remit to Elite United.

Please note: Most of our policies are dictated by the fact that we are a Not for Profit Organization governed by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. We have annual reporting requirements due to the US government as well as to the State of Indiana, and our policies facilitate the reports that must be generated for these entities.

Q. How do I use the money I earned through fund raising to pay Elite United invoices?

A. You MUST complete a withdrawal form, available at the Information Center.

Q. Will you automatically take funds out of my EU account to pay for outstanding invoices?

A. NO, we are prohibited from doing this. You must complete a withdrawal form, which is available at the Information Center.

Q. If I have money available in my EU account and have an invoice which is overdue, will I still incura late fee?

A. Yes, you MUST complete a withdrawal form by the due date.

Q. What do I do with an invoice that I receive?

A. You should pay the exact amount due no later than the due date shown on the invoice. You may do this by writing a check, paying case, using Mastercard or Visa, or completing a withdrawal form.

Q. How can I be prepared for the expenses associated with this program?

A. Please see the Season Dates page in the handbook for payment due dates.

Q. May I be reimbursed for an expense I incur before I have any money in my EU account?

A. No, IRS guidelines only allow for reimbursement of expenses incurred after fund raising has ended.
