We would like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we are a Christian-based program. We hold our staff and our members-parents and students- to a higher standard. We expect those in our program to uphold our name. We are dedicated to building character and applying skills that will have a life-long impact on our students. We do not allow abusive or profane language, nor will we tolerate gossip. This includes spectators in the viewing area. Parents are expected to be positive at all times and not speak negatively about the coaching staff or team members…even your own child. Please let us do what you have paid us to do. Let us coach and you can encourage. It is the most effective way for us to train your child. We are an Elite family and must treat each other with respect at all times to continue promoting unity, teamwork, and success. If you have a specific concern that warrants the attention of a staff member, please feel free to address that with us. We do ask, however, that you not interrupt class to do so.

Please understand that we are here for our kids. Regardless of how long anyone has cheered, how much money you pay for classes, or how competitive your child might be, there is a bigger picture. We believe that we will be held accountable for our words and actions, especially in regards to our children.

As members of Elite, we understand and agree to adhere to the expectation that we are to be positive, not speaking ill of the coaching staff, or members of our teams…or our local competitors. We understand that pessimism is detrimental to this program and the children participating in it. We also understand that if this agreement is broken, there will be consequences including, but not limited to:

*Spoken apology to the one offended.

*”Drop-off” parent- you may drop your child off, but you are no longer welcome to stay and watch.

*Removal from the program.
