ECD will be continuing a program using Jr. Staff members. We believe strongly in “raising up” our own coaches and prefer to hire qualified applicants from within our program when possible. We have chosen to offer this program to the selected students because it takes several years to set a strong base of knowledge and job shadowing (experience) to gain the creativity and confidence on Elite staff member needs. Our Jr. Staffers and alternates have trained for more than a year in our C.I.T. program and will continue to undergo tumbling training sessions and participate in additional educational conferences throughout the year.
