Come celebrate your child’s birthday at Elite Cheer and Dance!
*Parties are two hours in length. An ECD staff member will host several structured games for the first hour. Open gym playtime will take place for 30 minutes. You will then have 30 minutes to eat cake, open presents, etc. Times can be altered if you so desire. Please indicate that request on the party rental agreement at the time of booking.
*Parties are booked according to availability. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold your time slot. Balance is due immediately following party. Checks should be made payable to Elite Property, Inc.
*Cost is $100 for two hours, with a maximum of 15 participating children. Additional participating children will cost $5.00 each.
*Party times are available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
*Two gyms available to rent:
- Purple Gym:
- Due to safety concerns, only party participants are allowed in the Elite Gym. No parents are allowed on the spring floor. Cake and gift time will take place in the upstairs lobby.
- Teal Gym:
- Rental of this gym includes the use of two basketball goals, or other desired sports activities. You will be charged for any children who participate in the organized portion of the party.
We ask that you adhere to the following conditions:
- *No adults are allowed in the purple spring floor gym, with the exception of the ECD staff member. Parents are allowed in the multi-purpose gym (when applicable).
- *No street shoes are allowed on the spring floor. Children must wear clean shoes or socks.
- *Please do not staple, tape, or tack any decorations, etc. to any part of the building.
- *ECD staff members will not spot tumbling during the birthday party.
- *ECD will provide tables and chairs according to your need.
- *Just a reminder that Elite Property does not allow smoking or alcoholic beverages on the premises.
- *Waiver of Liability MUST be signed and turned in before the party begins.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing/rental conditions accordingly, in the best interest of Elite Property, Inc
