We are excited to again offer a unique opportunity for the kids in the Mill Creek School District! Elite is offering an After School Fitness Program that will serve as a unique alternative to traditional after school childcare options.

ACTIVITIES:

The After School Program consists of several fitness opportunities:

• 4:00-4:30pm Open Gym time to release all that energy!
• 4:30-5:00pm Break time- eat a snack and get changed for Martial Arts
• 5:00-5:30pm Martial Arts/Self-Defense class
• 5:30-6:00pm Martial Arts/Self-Defense class 

*Martial Arts classes are held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
*We rotate a variety of fitness activities from 5:00-6:00pm on Wednesdays and Fridays.
 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
There is a $75 registration fee per child and it is valid through the end of the school year (May 2008). Once this fee is paid, your child may participate in any Elite Cheer and Dance/Elite Martial Arts program or class. Upon payment, your child will receive a t-shirt, a vehicle decal, and two karate gis that should be worn in the martial arts class.
 

PROGRAM COST AND AVAILABILITY:
Cost for your child to attend this fitness program one or two days per week is $30. Cost for your child to attend 3 or more days is $50. Siblings will receive a 10% discount. Any child not picked up by 6:00pm will incur a $1 per minute late charge on his/her account. The late charges need to be paid before leaving that night. Our After School Staff is employed by Elite Cheer and Dance/Elite Martial Arts and staff members will be committed to other classes after 6:00pm.
*Please note that our program will be available on ½ days. Cost for ½ days will be an additional $15/day.
*When the Mill Creek School Corp. is closed, our fitness program will not be offered. This includes snow days, holidays, etc. You will need to make alternate plans for your child on these days.
*Students pay only for the days attended. Payments are due on the Friday before the student attends each week. Methods of payment include: cash, money order, check or credit card (Mastercard and Visa). All financial information for the Fitness Program will follow the Elite Financial Policy, as outlined in the handbook that is received upon registration.
 

Please know that our program is not a form of childcare. It is an alternative to traditional childcare options. Our program is designed to aid in helping our families create a more efficient use of time and finances. Here’s how:

You pay for your child to participate in a Fitness Program where he/she receives instruction during the time he/she would normally be in childcare. By the time your child is done with classes for that evening, you are home from work. You’ve paid for activities you would normally pay for, you’ve saved money normally spent on childcare, all of your children participate in fitness activities at the same time and in the same place, and you have more family time each evening! (Fees paid in to the after school program are also tax deductible.) Our goal is to help our kids lead healthier lives, while maintaining a lifestyle that makes FAMILY TIME a priority.
